Get started with your first consultation

How to get started with Counselling via Skype.

1. Book and make payment for your initial 60-minute Skype consultation.
2. You will then be contacted by the appropriate therapist to fix a time and date for the Skype session. You will be given all necessary details including Skype ID.
3. You are now ready for your Skype session. This is your time to discuss your concerns and issues, and together you can decide how many sessions will work for you.
